La Boulangerie will operate with a B2C (business to customer) model focusing on two core business.

First of all we have the bakery operation: as the name “Boulangerie” (bakery in French) imply, our business will be primary focused on selling mostly bread and pastries to our customers. Bread is a product consumed daily by the majority of the population. Our survey among the Glasgow residents shows that 55% of the who answered our survey eat bread daily and an overwhelming 84% eat bread twice a week minimum.
