So my essay is over the importance of being mission ready, on time, and accountable. I was late to physical training the morning of Tuesday the twenty-second of September of the year two thousand fifteen. This in turn prevented my non-commissioned officer, appointed to keep track of me, from participating in the PRT drills we conduct before physical training. At the time the mission was to conduct PRT and then proceed to physical training. Now if the soldiers aren’t accountable for their own actions there is no way the soldiers will ever be mission ready. Being mission ready means you are accountable for your equipment, your battle buddies, and yourself. If any of these things are unaccounted for you truly cant say you are...
