Assessment description

After reading the case study (sample) provided, you will create a research report for the business and recommend which computers should be purchased. This report will form what your presentation will be like in Assessment Task 2. You will then complete and submit a reflection (your thoughts) on the steps you took to plan, research and complete the report.

Procedure

Part A

Do a research and prepare a research report in line with the organisational requirements of Kerr Deliveries.

1. Review the Kerr Deliveries case study and organisational requirements (for example, style guide [1] and privacy policy[2]).

2. Confirm and write down the goals (objectives) of the research. Identify what Kerr Deliveries hope to gain from this project. What is their ‘core’ main objective?
