They are: insufficient heating; excessive material moisture; incorrect propeller angle and serious wear of forming set. However, the methods for solving the problems above are quite simple, that is to raise the temperature when heating and drying raw materials; adjust the angle of propeller and replace the forming set. If the hardness of briquettes produced by the briquette machine is poor, which is caused by too steep of spiral, then, the operator should polish and smooth it to achieve normal operation.
