international competitors and tries to match their efforts. Some critical factors for a successful
CEMEX entails of A benefit of being underneath these competitors is following their footsteps,
if they remain successful, and CEMEX can see “what not to do” if the top leading companies
fail. CEMEX is willing to take risk for the benefit of their company, they realized in order to win
some, you have to be willing to gamble a bit and lose some. Taking a risk is always nerveracking, but in could possibly lead to the greatest outcome you can get. Their management as a
whole is well rounded and they have strategic reasoning of doing the things they do. As CEMEX
tries to expand internationally, the company will have to take risks, preparing for the worst
happening, and responding appropriately. In addition, CEMEX has a couple key characteristics.
