Background and definition of green building of global issue

Since 90s, Green building is growing across the globe, European and American countries were proposed the concept of “Green building” to expanded the level of “Green community” and “Green city”.

Green building is providing the requirement of building performance to the building’s “life-cycle” include the manufacturing, design, planning and construction are responsible for the natural resources.

Also have the concept of sustainable development, and aims to consumption of resources and reducing the environment impacts to the Air, waters and lands.

Green building must be “human as the center”, it is designed for sustainable and healthy living for urban population with intergraded in the local ecology, use the locally materials

Structure efficiency

Minimizing energy use is different types of building’s “life cycle”

When making the new and renovated buildings, it could be waste the energy for production, transportation and install building materials etc.

Energy efficiency

The shading roof with green plants can reduce the heat in the house, so it offers eco-friendly to the air conditioning.
