BRIEF STATEMENT OF PROBLEM, OPPORTUNITY, OR DIRECTIVE (attach additional documentation as necessary)Coastline technicians are currently facing issues in tracking components issued to the client and their warranty period. Also, since every client has multiple PCs and network devices, support technicians encounter problem in tracking their passwords and configurations. There is also a need for an internet application that would allow clients to submit service request and technicians to enter notes of their work before and after the work is completed which can later be accessed by other technicians as needed. The proposal has an opportunity to provide better service to users and ability to track and manage work by technicians and company management. |

BRIEF STATEMENT OF EXPECTED SOLUTION The proposed system i.e. Client Technology Tracking System will allow staff members to track components and configuration information of each equipment for each client. Component purchase and configuration information will be made available to the technicians to track warranty periods and to better handle work required to be done to resolve the issue reported by client....
