This study, published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, found that drinking coffee during lunch decreased by three times the risk of contracting this disease.

A study published in the journal Circulation found that taking two or three cups of coffee daily reduces the risk of heart attacks in women. This research was extensive and closely followed the dietary guidelines and health of thousands of American women over 25 years.
