I would like to acknowledge the people who help me for this training to be possible. I am thankful for the Lord for giving me the strength and good health to finish this on the job training. Next I want to express my sincerest gratitude to my family for supporting me financially, emotionally and spiritually. And to my Co ojts who’ve already been part of my life as an individual for the past few months of my training. I would like also to gratefully acknowledge the staff of Iloilo City Development Bank especially to the manager Mr. Fredinell O. Facinal for giving me a chance to be a part of their team and for giving me some knowledge about the office works. And also thank to the professors of Filamer Christian University for conducting this kind of training that help us experienced things in the real world.

Introduction

On-the-job training (OJT) is one of the best training methods because it is planned, organized and conducted at the employee’s workplace. Like us, OJT is generally be the primary method used for broadening employee skills and increasing productivity.

Narration of Experience

November 12, 2012. It was our first day of the on-the-job training at Iloilo City Development Bank. Angel and I was so tense because we did not know what to expect with the office we are assign to work and also to the employees of Iloilo City Development Bank. As we enter the door of the office Mam Socorro Grace Flores advice us to sit on the table in front of the Manager’s desk. I was so conscious at first because it was a new environment for the two of us. I did not know how to react and what to say to the people inside the office. I was just quite and tame.
