Step 1

♣ Search for your goods through Taobao. -----> http://www.taobao.com/

♣ PM for order form.

♣ Fill up the form provided.

♣ E-mail us your filled up order form.

Step 2

☼ Make your payment after confirmation.

☼ Update upon payment through PM or SMS. ( Date, Time & Amount paid )

Step 3

♦ When all goods reach to HQ, we will update you.

♦ All products will arrive according to the type of product bought. *please refer to the delivery time below.*

♦ Statues of product will be update through notes in fan page.

Step 4

♫ We will pack up the parcel.

♫ We will also inform you the total shipping fees & postage fee to make your payment.

♫ Update upon payment through PM or SMS ( Date, Time & Amount paid ) and we will send out to you within 1-2days.

***Do take note that if your item in light weight but size is too big, item will be charged based on volumetric weight instead of actual weight.

The formula is (w x l x h)cm / 6000 = kg

***Buyer have to pay extra for the postage fee if item is larger than expected

Delivery Time

☆ The stuff will arrive around 1~2 weeks depending on how many days the seller can send out the things and depending on your receiving address within Malaysia.

☆ If you are ordering costumes from taobao it may take around 2 ~ 3 weeks to deliver them to you due to thier time consuming on sewing the costumes.

☆ Goods classified as Sensitive Goods might take longer time (normally a delay of 2-3 days) to deliver due to customs clearance processes.

☆ There might be other factors affecting the delivery time but we will resolve the issue and ensure it is delivered to you in shortest time possible.

Loss or Damage in Delivery

♦ Your goods are tracked by us from time to time to ensure it is not lost in delivery.

♦ Currently, we do not offer shipping insurance on damage goods when your goods are being delivered....
