I want to be a secretary in Rehab Services at Taylorville Memorial Hospital to support my family. I have gravitated towards jobs in the healthcare field, such as, registration, switchboard, CNA and scheduler. While working as a Registration Clerk I realized that I loved working with the patients and that I easily make a connection with them.  I always felt that when a patient came to the hospital for treatment or tests that they were nervous enough and it was part of my job to help them feel at ease. Since then I have worked at improving my communication skills as well as my office skills by continuing in these fields as well as going to school to further my education. I am ready to join the Taylorville Memorial Hospital Rehab Services family. I believe I can positively contribute to the department as well as excel as a Secretary here. It would be an honor to secure this position.

Tammy you work well with other people and you hate to be late for anything. You always get your work done all time and you keep your spaces very organized. Mr. Cantrell, the manager at Pana Community Hospital, is looking for a registration clerk and I think you would complement the job perfectly. The registration office currently has 2 full time registrars and I think you would be the perfect third registrar. Some of your responsibilities would include, gathering documents from patients, registering patients quickly and efficiently, and keeping documentation organized and neat. Mr. Cantrell is an amazing boss to work for and welcomes and values creativity and suggestions. He would love to know how you complete projects on time and that you have excellent people skills, you treat people with respect and empathy.
