First Day Experience in Driving

Driving is my first preference in my new learning things. And here I am writing the first day experience of driving class. 25th June, 2012 means Monday I was going to lean driving to my friend’s home which is situated in Mohakhali. Although I was very excited about driving but as driving is suitable in morning I used to make several excuses in first 2 days of my learning. But at last I decided to goI was so excited about it and I wanted to learn it. So, I made my third appointment with my instructor and started get myself ready to fill the speed.

I and Nibir wake up at morning with the sun. Then we got our selves ready and started our journey. When I started driving I was at the same time excited and nervous but I managed to run the car. I entered into the car. My friend sat beside me. At first he made me understand about the car. He told me to set my right leg on accelerator of the car. He told me that this portion of the car manage the speed. He also made me understand that if I would increase the speed I had to change the gear. Fourth gear ensures the highest speed. He also showed me the break paddle which is in the middle and clutch. He entered the keys in to the hole. To start the car at first I pressed the clutch by my left leg then I pressed my right leg. As I didn’t knew about the car’s function I forget to release the clutch so my car only made noise but it did not move. Then as per my instructors advice slowly I release the clutch and pressed accelerator. Finally, the car started moving. I did not get nervous in lane but when I reached in street I became worried. As it is early morning there were hardly one or two people roaming in the street. So it was not hard for me to drive the car there. Although there were few vehicle in the road but I was nervous because there were some trucks which were running at the road at a high speed. My friend was beside me and he helped me with the steering....
