The name of the documentary is called (an inconvenient truth0.It is a documentary film directed by Davis Guggenheim about United States former vice president Al Gore’s campaign to educate citizens about global warming via a comprehensive slide. The film is actually a comprehensive presentation replete with detailed graphs,flow charts and stark visuals.Throughout the film, Gore discusses the scientific opinion on climate change and use these scientific data to show that global warming do exists.

The idea of the documentary is that the problem of global warming is getting more and more serious and the climate change will bring to some undesirable consequences. global warming affects us.Global warming has a ffected both the natural environment and human beings .

For natural environment , there are three main effects.Firstly, global warming will cause the change in climate.According to Gore’s statistic, the climatic regions shifts polewards by several hundred kilometers, in the past few decade.In both Nothern and southern Hemispheres, tropical regions have gradually EXTENDED into formerpolar regions.Moreover, the extreme climatic EVENTS OCCURS more frequently.In the film,Gore explained that with the rise in temperature over the tropical ocean,the number of hurricane with greater intensity has been increased since 70s.As global warming can change air and sea water temperatures and hence trigger droughts in some areas and severe flood in the others.

Secondly, global warming causes disturbance to the wildlife ecosystem. For example, the coral will be bleached.Also , the polar bears, wheals will be endangered.

For human beings, it will threaten the farming activities and reduce food supply.As mentioned by Gore, storm surges from the bay of Bengal together with heavy rain and snow melt lead to serious flooding in the southern coast of Bangladesh. This significantly afftects the farming activities and hence , food supply in the areas.(the statistic shows...
