Elysium Hookah Lounge

Elysium Hookah Lounge business will be based on a partnership. As partners we will take out a loan from the bank and we will put our personal belongings as backup collateral. We will invite investors to invest in our business by showing them that this is it and that hookah businesses is what is in and that if it is not a trend we can make it one. All expenses and profits will be split in equal parts. This business will reside in Woodland Hills, California.

Elysium Hookah Lounge will have us four partners as employees and our desired number of employees to start would be ten. We will grant our full time employees sick pay, vacation days and insurance after a year of working for the business. Vacation pay will be based on accumulated hours worked throughout the year and will be granted yearly. For our part time employees we will only grant sick pay and insurance. Sick pay will be as follows; full time employees will be granted eight days a year and part time employees will be granted four days a year. Employees will have a 15% employee discount when they visit the business on their days off. All employees except partners will be paid hourly. Raises and promotions will be based on performance and attendance.

Elysium Hookah Lounge’s business hours will be from Monday through Sunday from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. due to drinking laws and alcohol not being able to be sold after 2 a.m. We will have a security by the entrance checking IDs at the door. Our business will require for individuals to be 21 & over. We will be selling a selection of water, soda, beer, wine and liquor. Prices for water and soda will range from $2 to $4 and the beer, wine and liquor prices will range from $6 to $14. Our hookah prices will be $20 and refills will be $15, hookahs will only be able to be shared in groups of four.
