High Pressure Suspension Grinding Mill is a use of new technologies, new technology research and development from the product, it(High Pressure Suspension Grinding Mill) appearing rewrite some of the history of the machinery industry

and more importantly, High Pressure Suspension Grinding Mill is the quality assurance and cheap price of a product, attaining the majority of customers praise.

Xuanshi high pressure suspension grinding machine is a newly-designed grinding machine that is primarily used for the powder processing of mineral products in industries such as metallurgy, building materials, chemical, mining and so on. It is suitable for processing various non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with Mohs hardness below 9.3 and humidity below 6%.

High Pressure Suspension Grinding Mill Performance and Features

1.Unique pressure device design of star rack, the production increases by 30%-80%.

2.Higher grinding force, finer grain size, wider range of applications.

3.Overlapping multistage sealing, good dedusting effect.

4.Easy-to-adjust classifier, wear-resistant parts, long replacement cycle of internal roller and ring.

Working Principe of High Pressure Suspension Grinding Mill

Materials are firstly crushed by the jaw crusher, then through an elevator, the materials are uniformly fed into the grinding chamber by an electromagnetic feeder, lastly, the materials are sent to the grinding zone (formed by the grinding roller and ring) by a shovel. The milling unit is equipped with a high-pressure spring, thus greatly increasing the milling pressure between the roller and ring and reducing the swing frequency of the grinding roller. The ground particles are brought up by the air current of the blower into the classifier for classification. The particles with the satisfactory fineness are brought up by the air current through the pipe into a cyclone collector for...
