YGM75 High Pressure Medium Speed Grinder and grinding mill

High Pressure Medium Suspension Grinder is suitable for grinding the barite, limestone, kaoline, ceram and slags, etc. which below scale 9.3 of Moth and below 6% hardness and 280-odd sorts of non-inflammable and non-explosive stuff in the trades of mining, metallurgy, chemical engineering and building material for high fine powder generating and processing . The Product size is adjustable in the range of 80-425 mesh. It is possible to produce 30-80 mesh coarse powder through special device in the machine.

High Pressure Medium Suspension Grinder Features: 

1. Having higher capacity of 20-30% relatively to Raymond mill, and Higher grinding force of rollers to stuffs because of high pressure springs.( notes for 5R4121: compared to 5R4119 raymond mill, at the same motor powder, capacity is improved to 10%, and Higher grinding force of rollers to stuffs because of high pressure springs.) 

2.It can process the mineral stuffs of Moh's hardness below 9.3 grade. 

3.The final products have a wide range, max. powders are up to 0.95mm(20mesh), mini ones are 0.038mm(400mesh).

High Pressure Suspension Grinding mill Working process: 

Working process: large stuffs are delivered to bunker by elevator after crushed, then to chamber by electric feeder. In mainframe, shovels scoop up stuffs into the parts between rollers and ring, the processed powders are blowed up to analytical engine with wind entering chamber by blower, part of powders which can not be up the demand fineness will fall back to be grinded, left(that is final product) with airflow enter concentrator and divided with air then discharged from discharge vavle. Air returns to blower and circles, flowing in minus state.
