| |Minister of Finance: After reviewing law No. 21/1964 concerning the unified law for Boycotting Israel; |

| |According to Law No. 13/1980 concerning Customs; |

| |In accordance with the decision of the Minister of Transportation No.152/1980 regarding Customs Regulations and Declarations (Bayan) and |

| |rectifying decisions; |

| |According to the decision of the Minister of Finance No.14/1984 regarding the organization of customs clearance profession; |

| |In accordance with the proposal by the Director of Kuwait General Administration of Customs (KGAC); |

Chapter 1: The Manifest

Article 1

All goods that enter Kuwait boarders by any means of transportation shall be listed, signed and stamped by the shipper/carrier in the related Cargo Lists (Manifest). The following information must all be listed in the Manifest: 1.The name, number, and nationality of the media of transportation. 2.
