Existing System

The existing system that they use is only a manual or written type of system. First, the staff will write the name, address, and the staff name and also the services, and after that the service will start or after the services, they will write the Customer Information, staff name and service.

They are using a record book, they have a customer minimum of 50 per day, and aside from the manager who uses the system the other one who use is her secretary. They use the existing system for record the information of the customer and to know who assist the customer. The system perform when there is a customer, it depends if there will be a customer. The inventory part is per minute whenever there will be a customer that wants to have a hair treatment and etc.

In the inventory once the staff use one of the product after encoding the products name, it will directly save in the inventory and it will be subtract to the remaining product, the method that they are using is logbook, they can monitor the payments and the staff and also the things that has been use.

And also all the product that use by the staff is being traced through the logbook. The product that has been use is being recorded to the inventory and who staff used. In the record book or logbook it also show if how many customer dues the staff hand service and how many product that the staff use.
