There are some male executives at one of the Big Four accounting firms involved in sexual harassment to some female employees. A couple of years ago, one of the Big Four accounting firms hired some female workers. Male executives in that company selected the 10 most beautiful female employees and commented on their choices by email with each other. The email, which included the photos and departments of those 10 most beautiful female workers, accidentally got out onto the internet. As a result, many people believe that this company should be sued, and the male executives should be fired. Furthermore, many people believe that such behavior is a kind of sexual harassment. However, some people do not think the male executives should be fired.

There are two reasons, which could support those people who believe the male executives should be fired. One is that the photos and departments of those female workers are their private information. All the information of anyone in the company should be protected by the firm. The company is responsible for protecting its employees’ personal information. The other reason is that such behaviors by those male executives may lead to terrible results for the female workers. Having all the personal information of these female employees on the internet means that everyone in the world has the chance to know about those female workers. Therefore, those female employees may get bothered by people they do not even know. This will affect the female employees’ daily lives and works.

However, there are some people who believe those male executives should not be fired. For these people, there are two reasons that support their perspectives. One reason is that although the behaviors of those male executives may lead to bad results for these female workers, the male workers were not doing that on purpose.
