What is the most astounding fact you can tell? People get confused when they are asked such question. No wonder they surprised, because answer for such question implies aspiration of person’s life goals. People usually take path in their life that inspired those most. Something that left the trail in man’s soul while he was little child, something that was so unusual that man decided to spent all his life in achieving the understanding of something. That’s how I see the human being’s life path. We do what we like and we do what we desire. But what is the most astounding for the most of the people?

To understand the first argument we need to consider human being as an animal. Most animals follow their simple program that is written by nature: eat, sleep, and reproduce. But as the “crown of nature” human being evolved into the powerful creature with deep and highly developed central nervous system. Such results of the evolution allow us to analyze and understand our goal. Thus as creature human’s main goal in life is pleasure. A deep and complex chemical reaction that lead human being to the best thing it ever experienced in its life, make it desire pleasure again and again. Ordinary people are trying just to achieve such enjoyment by all possible means. People who want to see the root of this, becomes scientists. But the easiest instrument for achieving pleasure nowadays is money. So somebody’s life goal is becoming earning money. We all desire it and sometimes elevate money to the degree of religion. That’s how money becomes the most interesting fact in one’s life: ways of achieving, time spent on it, and amount.

Of course not all people desire only material luxuries and goods. Some of them see the most valuable is their children. Protecting and helping family as the basic institute of society would be the main goal for some people. They are leading by the desire of continuing their genus and becoming it dominant.
