The management of people in an organization is a very important part of the management process. To understand different people in the organization a manager must recognize that the individual and the organization have a lot in common and rely on this individual as a source of improvement. Motivation is on of the most important process in any organization. Research asserted that, “ managers see motivations as an integral part of the performance equation at all levels, while organizational researchers see it as a fundamental building block in the development” (Steers, Mowday & Shapiro, 2004). Along with attitude, personality, culture, communication, motivation appear to be the most important because it leads to job satisfaction and well work performance. Adeyinka Tella, C.O. Ayeni and S.O. Papoola (2007) claimed that, “One way of stimulating people is to employ effective motivation, which makes workers more satisfied with and committed to their jobs ( Tella, Ayeni & Papoola, 2007). In fact, employees who feel motivated at work are likely to be persistent, creative, inspired and productive also assure high quality of work. In reality, every employee has a different personality and way to get motivated. Management and human resources must use different techniques to motivate each person based on their personal wants and needs. This result in arguing and proving that organization and its member can be greatly influenced by what motivates individuals to work. The presence of a powerful leadership, communication, recognition, can all effect the satisfaction of employees and their performance and can impact the organization.
