Working in a group can be challenging sometimes because everyone is different and definitely do not have the same learning styles. That is why when working in a group we must give options for each learning style so that everyone may learn the material. It is always really good to be in a group even if it is someone uncomfortable because one can learn so much from other people. There are often times when I do not quite understand something or I miss an idea completely and when I am put into a group someone might say the right words and then it clicks. Not only are there differences in the way people learn, but there are also different personalities in everyone. This can be an exciting and refreshing thing, but can also be scary when working in a group for fear that feelings may be hurt if one is too sensitive or anger may arise if the situation gets heated. Everyone thinks differently and sometimes I find that no one wants to take risks because they are scared of failure. We all have different personality types and it is crucial that we find a way to put them together so that we may succeed. Working with others. Just like with learning styles everyone has different personalities, and in order to create the best environment everyone will have to contribute in some form or fashion. While working in a group, we all can come across many struggles, but if we work together and use our own learning strengths and personality traits to better not only ourselves but the people around us there is potential for great success. Having so many different attributes in one team can be extremely helpful in learning new worlds and coming up with great ideas.
