Leadership when this word comes in mind people remember always about the

great leaders in past and present make a difference in the field of government, business

and more fields.

In the field of business, Herb Kelleher (founder of Southwest airline co.), Bill

Gates (founder of Microsoft), Steve jobs A.G. Lafley (CEO of Proctor and Gambler),

Anne Mulcahy (CEO of Xerox), Dirubhai Ambani (founder of Reliance) are the

examples of the leaders (Stephen p. Robbins & Timothy A. Judge, 2007). Individual

entrepreneur have own different style of leadership in the field of aviation industry,

engineering, petrochemical and more.

In the field of politics John F. Kennedy, Rudy Giuliani, Ronald Regan, Martin

Luther King, Jr., Bill Clinton are example of leaders in politics field.

Leadership in individual leader has different style. In the concept of leadership

framing is very important part all the success- full leaders uses for making impression on

followers in own field, frame thought and strategies the way leader wanted followers to
