Crisis control is the process of trying to contain the problems which tend to incapacitate an organization and its stakeholders in general. It is in fact a way of changing the old system to a new one as the old one can no longer be contained. There is no company that can boast that it can never be involved in a crisis, however little it may look, (Louden, 1992). The management, therefore, has to identify the threat and then formulate ways of solving these problems. From the discussion of the management team of Consolidated Global Services (CGMS) Company, we are presented with a company which is facing a number of problems which are as a result of Global Financial Crisis. These problems mainly touch on the human resources sector and hence this company needs a lot of advice from human resources consultants. Briefly, it had become difficult for the company to borrow money from financial institutions to supplement its running costs, the organization structure is not competent to the extent of not controlling its staff, and there is work imbalance among other problems. Analyzing the above stated problems, it goes without saying that it is important the human resource department plays its central role by efficiently managing the work force for the better performance of the company (Zupan, 2004). This is because there is a direct relationship between good employee management and the success of the company through their performance. All the above stated problems are simple and can be amicably solved if the human resources department in conjunction with other departments follows preliminary human resource principles as elaborated below.

To start it is clear that this company has found it difficult to get loans from banks to aid in its operational expenses.
