MANNER OF DEATH: HOMICIDE.

CAUSE OF DEATH: EXTENSIVE LOSS OF BLOOD FROM INTERNAL OR EXTERNAL HEMORRHAGE DUE TO MULTIPLE STAB AND INCISED WOUNDS

(HEAD, NECK, TRUNK, UPPER EXTREMITIES).

FINDINGS:

1. Generalized paleness of the skin (2) and evidence of extensive loss of blood due to internal or external hemorrhage. (1)

2. Multiple stab and incised wounds of head, neck, trunk and upper body with one (1) stab wound penetrating left skull into brain; three (3) stab wounds penetrating right back into chest cavity and right lung; another stab wound at the right side of (3) the chest penetrating into right lung; and multiple wounds of upper body consistent with defensive injuries

3. Left lower lateral* chest-wall scrathes and injuries without a break in the skin (17) with overlying rib fractures of left ribs #6, #7 and #8.

4. A hemorrhage in the membranes that sheaths the spinal cord and brain (22) of the right, main portion of the brain (4) underlying one of the large, undermined right scalp incised wounds.

5. A few other minor blunt-force injuries of head and trunk.
