Exercise effects people

Exercise is repetitive, planned and structured activity that conditions any part of the body on which a person focuses. Exercise can be bodily or mental exertion, especially for the sake of training or improvement of health. Simply broken down exercise can be any form of body movement or mental thinking. For example; walking to your car in the morning for work, or sitting in class math class thinking of how to solve math problems. The more one exercise the more one mind and body get strengthen. That is why everyone should exercise regularly to maintain a constant strong body and mind. Exercise show astonishing effects like preventing or slow down illness, completely transforming one's appearance, and effecting one's mental state. With a little of work and will effort through exercise everyone can reap the benefits of it.

illnesses and diseases has been around ever since human beings have. Everyone will suffer some type of illnesses or diseases in their lifetime. A countermeasure that everyone realises on to prevent things from happening is medicine. Medicine is great for serious situations but not for constant use. With constant use of medicine ones body will get use to the substance. Leading to people needing more medicine to do that same job. It’s ridiculous to overly use medicine when you have an all natural medicine built in side your body. Exercise effects on strengthening the body can prevent illness and slow or stop illness altogether. One sickness that plagues the world is cancer. It regular exercise and a healthy living one can prevent cancer from appearing at later stages of their lives. For example If women exercise regularly they can decrease the risk of breast cancer by 30 to 40 %; "The female hormone estrogen seems to play a key role.
