Major companies where customer service is important statistics show that 90% of the time they look for people with beauty.

I mean if you think about it suppose you’re going up to a fitness instructor and they are sloppy, bad looking and fat, you would automatically reject them to be your trainer because what you see is not the ideal perception of what fitness instructors are supposed to be. One expert Catherine Hakim professor of sociology at the London school of economics suggested that professional women should use you’re their sex appeal, beauty, charm and dress sense to get ahead at work.

According to Hakim the beauty premium is an important economic factor in our careers citing in a U.S survey they found that good looking lawyers, doctors and models earn 10-12% more than less good-looking colleagues. Therefore it is proven that beauty is better than brains and beauty does take you further in life.

Beauty is a natural occurring feature in many of us but can be continuously enhanced by external procedures such as; plastic surgery, make up and butox. Thus beauty can be achieved by anyone who seeks it, whereas intelligence has a genetic barrier.

It has been shown by scientific research that the intelligence of a person is strongly linked to the intelligence of their parents and all though the environment can help increase intelligence, this degree increase is limited by genetics. Since Beauty has the power to be enhanced unlimitedly, individuals can increase their self-esteem and physical appearance more than they can increase their intelligence. This makes beauty a more powerful tool for achieving social status jobs security and likability in society. So Therefore Beauty takes you further in life.
