Introduction

In this essay I will talk about my business plan. I will start by giving my vision statement, which I what do I want to become, and then my mission , which is in which way will I use , or in which way will I perform to achieve such goal. Then I will talk about my objectives which indicate how will I accomplish or complete my mission.

Then I will more details of my organization giving my SWOT. I’ll tell what my strengths are, my weaknesses, opportunities and threats. I will tell what are my advantages at the moment at the moment and how will I do to try to reach to success.

Then I will briefly explain my situations in the business functions or departments. I will also talk about my suppliers and competitors.

Then I will end up giving my conclusion and references.

Starting the business

I will start by saying that I will create an internet café and printer/copy shop. And we will focus more in students because we are located near to school zones and university. Therefore it is a small business

Our mission is to provide our customers a very high speed of internet in the best price. We will also have a professional computer repairman, which will repair any kind of computers hardware and software at a very accessible price to our customers. We will also sell drinks like cool drinks, juices, water and many others (No alcohol) so that they can amuse our internet while investigating or doing other stuff .
