1. Executive Summary

eos Products LLC is on a mission is to provide a safe and natural product made of organic ingredients that has proven to be effective at a reasonable price for “every woman” who wants to use a safe, clean, new product that has not been tested on animals and is focused on providing the highest quality natural ingredients available. After reinventing shaving cream, eos decided it was time to work on improving the rest of the beauty aisle. Creating beauty products for women that are appealing in packaging and performs to their highest expectations is a key objective for eos. This pioneering company has plans to launch a full line of products that will take care of common concerns such as moisturizers that absorb quickly without leaving skin feeling sticky or greasy; body wash that will not dry out the skin and lip balm that will be organic, safe and effective.
