One of the most excellent things that the technology produced is computer; Computer is one of the fastest and easiest reference sources that provide an online encyclopedia of everything under the sun. Computers today are now being used as a substitute to manual processes of doing business and other past inventions like the radios and televisions. Learning how to manipulate computer makes one a technology advanced individual. It helps people to answer some complex questions. What are the uses of computer? Some use it for recreational purposes, business transactions, educational purposes, data storage and others use it as a basic tool in their jobs.

Point of Sales and Inventory with Monitoring System is designed to replace the existing manual record keeping system of the company. It helps every business to organize and manage their sales and retail goods. By having the proponent propose system it can lessens the work of the employees and the company will have a better standing in the society because of a high-tech system.

1.1 Background of the Problem

How to create and implement a Point of Sale and Inventory Monitoring System for Xaviery Computer Parts?

They are currently using a semi – automated system that cause them problem in terms of speed in their transactions, unsecured record handling and inaccurate reports. In transacting with costumers they are issuing hand written receipts, their using INVENTORIA STOCK MANAGER in their inventory system but they still need to manually monitor their stocks which is time consuming and inaccurate.
