Introduction

Creative intelligence is the catalyst for identifying and analyzing information in order to make intelligent decisions. The way an individual builds, constructs, and devises a plan of action depends on the different intelligence and social consciousness that allow the information to developed and processed in order to make the most appropriate decision. Porter’s five force analysis is a strategic and comprehensive examination of how business decisions are evaluated and implemented. Individuals who can learn and adapt to environmental changes will gain a competitive advantage over the competition.

Intuitive

Intuitive intelligence is the capacity to gather, understand, and learn difficult problematic questions. Disorganization and confusion can be resolved through dissecting intricate problems by singling out important and irrelevant information. Individuals or businesses that are guided by intuitive intelligence appreciate and grasp how different components come together and fit into the big picture. Brainstorming, creative ideas, and hypothesis are formed through perceptive and spontaneous deliberation. Intuitive individuals often designate specific detailed oriented tasks to others that are more proficient in managing meticulous elements or features in business decisions. Business decisions are generated from looking within the organization for intellectual stimulation and knowledge. Past experience or current conditions may determine or influence certain business decisions.

Innovative

Innovative intelligence involves structuring ideas or inspiration, identifying and analyzing information, creating explanations and resolutions, forming options, and implementing the plan of action.
