Mr. Angelo Camero would like to expand his already successful business. With the expansion of his restaurants he has uncovered many HR issues present and potential. Five areas of major concern have been identified and can be addressed.

The first area to explore is how to apply knowledge of the Millennial Generation to challenges of performing the HR functions. This is clearly identified as an issue by Angelo. The second concept for consideration is how recruiting strategies impact the competitive advantage of a firm. Angelo has little or no recruiting strategies to partner with his business strategy. He states that his only means of recruitment is to place advertisements in the local newspaper.
