OVERVIEW OF BEST CAREER OPTIONS

INTRODUCTION

Open Options is a career counseling firm that offers guidance to clients looking for assistance with deciding on a career path. A new client has come in to the office to look for a recommendation on a career option. He has explained the two career options that he is most interested in and wants further research to be conducted on the two job areas.

The purpose of this report is to provide a career recommendation based upon research of the two jobs the client has shown an interest in. This report will include information on job duties, salary, working conditions, and education requirements pertaining to a career as a Financial Analyst, and Management Trainee. This information is based on current market information and economic trends, therefore, may not be as accurate if the recommendation is not taken in to account within a short period.

A personality questionnaire was given in the interview with the client in office to determine what information would be necessary to help with the recommendation. In order to find quality information on the two fields discussed with the client, two main sources were used. The primary source of information for the report comes from The Bureau of Labor Statistics. In addition, Investopedia.com was used to find credible information pertaining to the job field.
