   Our nonprofit book festival is going to be a very fun and exciting event. In order to get the word out to the community, we are advertising in many different ways. We have handed out thousands of flyer's with the directions, times, dates, and place of the festival which is listed on them. We also listed a donation site/place for anyone who would like to donate. The donation site will be at the local library as well as the Lowell high school. This way the donation sites are located on each side of town. We have many volunteers going door to door handing out the promotional flyers. They can also be found at local grocery stores, community center, churches, schools, and the library. Our website is promoting a huge ad on the cover page so everyone can see the event. We have placed an ad in the local San Francisco Weekly newspaper explaining the book festival and everything that will be happening during this fun event. In the newspaper there will be a buy one get one free coupon that can be used at the book festival. We chose this newspaper over the others in this area, because they have advertised many events and festivals. This newspaper is delivered all over the city not just one specific area. This should be listed on the 2nd page all week. Our Facebook page, as well as the local city page is sharing all the information and activities that will take place. Also, the local news and radio station will be talking about the festival and the dates and times. The local radio station KQED 88.5FM will be airing this information all week around noon and 2 o'clock. This radio station is well known for playing a variety of music. Wild 94.9 will be talking about the book festival at 3 o’clock every day until the event. Wild 94.9 is known for its upbeat music such as pop and r&b. The local ABC7 news will also be airing this event and details on the 5 o'clock news hour. Lastly, we will have stands set up at several different locations. These locations include Barns...
