STEPS ON HOW TO SUCCESSFULLY ADD A DONATE BUTTON OF PAYPAL INTO WORDPRESS

Currently many bloggers consider applying the donations of PayPal as one way (there are many) to meet the expenses of maintaing their blog. Here, we shall show you sequential guidelines to create a Donate Button of PayPal in WordPress sidebar/posts using or not using a plugin.

Starting Setup

Firstly, you must have a PayPal’s account. If you have none, then you’ll have to create a new one. That is a quite simple procedure right? Just search PayPal from your browser. Next, login to the PayPal account. This can be achieved through visiting the site: http://www.paypal.com/login but it is significant to note that you have to upgrade either to Business account/Premier for you to receive any payment via PayPal’s buttons.

After logging in, you will select the button of Merchant Services found on the horizontal search area. Lastly, click the link reading Donate found in the create buttons title. See the figure below for demonstration.
