EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

1. What is the overall purpose of your business?

The purpose of this new venture is to bring the 3D modeling and 3D printing

technology to the masses in the form of a user friendly facility, that charges by the hour

for the use of the hardware and knowledge necessary to produce parts. We will also strive

to incorporate laser cutting and robotics.

We will be an LLC.

3. Who are the key owners, officers, managers, employees, etc.?

5. What is your business concept?

The concept of the business is to have a brick and mortar facility that has multiple

computer workstations set up with user friendly 3D modeling software pre-installed.

We would provide education and assistance on 3d modeling and then assist in 3D printing

of the projects designed. We will also instruct a course in robotics.

6. What is your mission statement? What is your “Value Proposition?”

Brainiac Labs, LLC supports the Anytown, USA community by providing a fabrication/laboratory facility for use by the general public and local businesses. Our lab is open to anyone who has a great idea and wants to build it. We are committed to providing a relaxing environment where members can share ideas, work on their projects, take classes and attend seminars, do research, and just hang out. If you like to tinker, no matter if you’re an engineer, artist, inventor, child, adult, learns by doing, or just someone who likes to fool around with technology, come check us out.

Our vision is to educate and excite the minds of people in ways they never thought

of before through the use of advanced modeling and manufacturing techniques.
