Introduction:

leadership is a major concept in management, for any organization the leader are needed to reach it goals. Team work is one of the most important factor for any organization success and achievements, here we will discuss leadership and team working in Arab world in both public and private sector and we will be comparing between three countries with different situations.

Literature Review:

In Arab world, some countries experienced a huge development in their societies and a positive move toward future because of the good leaders and the team working in it , other countries experienced a full change in their governments so it effected them and some are still the same, lots of reports was made based on the changes in the Arab world.

Methodology:
