The intent of this marketing flyer plan is to analyze the business products and service marketing strategies; project management considerations; the transition of the organizational design from a private to a public entity; and the diversity of the service sector. Good introductory statement.

Executive Summary

XYZ Construction Inc. is a privately owned construction company relies exclusively upon funding through state and federal government contracts. XYZ Construction Inc. was established in 1951 as a family business and privately company. Currently, the XYZ Construction Inc. company headquarters are located in Denver, Colorado with sixteen field offices in eleven states. The company has 2,300 year-round employees with a surge to an average of 4.500 employees during the peak construction periods. The company’s workforce includes heavy and light equipment operators, civil engineers, project managers, and administrative staff in the headquarters facility with support staff in each field office.
