Abstract

Introduction

It is common place for companies to either go global or expand their presence in global markets. When expanding outside of your home location it is imperative to understand and embrace the culture of that area. According to Yin and Zang (2012), “corporations are increasingly held accountable for conducting business in a more responsible way. The topics surrounding business ethics has become more important in recent years than ever before. This is due to many scandals such as Enron. This paper will review and explain various aspects of ethical business activities nationally and globally.
