Requirements | PM coordinates a sessions and send out the meeting invites. |

Limits and Exclusions | The attendees are not required to attend this session unless they play a role on coordinating the event. |

Description | After the PM analyzes the result of the questionnaires, he will need to make a proposal base on this result. |
