Deepening Skills: The student will be able to recognize and apply legal principles to their conduct as an aviation professional and in business.

Discovering Purpose: The student might be attracted to the law as a career as a result of these studies.

Textbook: The student is expected to read and learn from the following:

• “Practical Aviation Law” (5th Edition) by J. Scott Hamilton ISBN 978-1-56027-763-7

Final Grade: Your final grade will be based on evidence that you have learned the principles of aviation law. You will be given the opportunity to provide this evidence via your written responses to questions over the text, your research papers, but mainly on the mid-term and final examinations.

Grading Scale: A = 1000-920 B = 910-840 C = 830-760 D = 750-700 F = 690 or less....
