Rosy Salon Software has been selected to improve the appointment process at UMUC Haircuts.

Rosy is able to access a schedule from mobile devices, track sales, and appointments can be made online for convenience (Rosy, n.d.).

Major hardware needed

A computer with internet capabilities is needed, but the entire system is hosted through a cloud network.

Facility requirements

The facility only needs to have reliable internet access. Rosy can be accessed anywhere.

In the event of a loss of connectivity at the salon, Rosy conducts automatic backups at multiple locations to protect against any loss of data.
