Introduction

Purpose of Project Management Plan

The intended audience of the Personal Health Record PMP is all project stakeholders including the project sponsor, senior leadership and the project team. The purpose for this project is to develop a functional, efficient electronic personal health records for any and all patients of the community whether homeless, transient or not. This health record must be developed within a $10,000 budget and within the rules and regulations of the Veterans Affairs Health System that is available for free. Providing the proper equipment, staff and information is critical in making this project a success. This project management plan will help to discuss and instruct everyone on the plans for the project and how it will be implemented and utilized.
