Among billions of internet users there are new fashion bloggers every day. Chiara Ferragni used to be one of the many under the radar bloggers, but has now become on of the most successful bloggers in the industry. Chiara Ferragni has reached the perfect level of creativity. As a law school graduate, instead of pursuing a legal profession, Chiara Ferragni instead focused on her fashion blog “The Blonde Salad”. Compared to other fashion bloggers, she is determined to take her blog’s reputation higher and higher. New York magazine called Chiara Ferragni “One of the biggest breakout street-style stars of the year.” Teen Vogue has referred her as the “Blogger of the moment” and in addition, she was honored with a Bloglovin’ Award for “Best Personal Style Blog”. Eaarlier this year, she was invited to be a guest judge for an episode of “Project Runway,” a reality TV show highlighting aspiring fashion designers. The difference between Chiara Ferragni and other fashion bloggers is she has turned her blog into an actual business.

Commitment and Approach

As Ferragni became more and more successful, it soon became clear she would need help. A new company was formed with a team of 14 people. Called “The Blonde Salad Crew”, or TBS Crew for short, specializes in promoting her and running the many aspects of her business. Chiara Ferragni’s blog is updated everyday either by herself or by her team. She also uses Instagram and Facebook accounts to better reach her readers. She has turned her blog into business and has become a standout businesswoman. Countless collaborations with other famous designers and brands continue to develop her reputation worldwide.
