Job Interview Questions

1-Can you tell us something about yourself? Well, I have recently gratuated from university and now I look forward to starting a career in the acommodation industry. I have a very easy-going personality and I enjoy talking to people from different countries. I have combined my degree with several language courses, including German and French, therefore I have good organisational skills. I am very responsible and hardworking and I put a lot of effort in everything I do. I have lived in threee different countries, so I have good interpersonal and communicative skills. I speak fluent Spanish and English and I have a medium level of German and French. 2- What did you learn during your time at university? Studying a degree in Tourism has been a very enriching experience for me. I have had a large variety of subjects, however, the one I found more interesting was "Quality and Customer Service Management" because through this subject I learnt important tips which I will be able to use in my job. Being at university has also given me the chance to do an internship in China, where I gained experience in working in a hotel and in international teams. Also, I had a lot of group assignments to be completed in a short period of time, which has helped me develop my prioritising skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines. 3- Have you got any working experience? I have worked as a travel rep, therefore I am good at problem solving and communicating verbally. Furthermore, I wouldn't have any problem working in different shifts as I am used to work night shifts and unusual hours. I can say I also have good organisational skills, as I have been working and studying at the same time and I have managed to finish my degree in four years. I did an internship in China where I had several duties within a hotel, like working at reception or dealing with bookings, therefore I am used to working in a busy environment and dealing with customers. 4-Why are you interested in working for us?...
