Wendy Woo is a college graduate who went to the navy. After four years of attending the navy she decided to start her own business, Hometown Tech. Wendy could basically do anything that dealt with computers from installing software’s to correcting problems with a computer. The reason she started this business was because she had previous experience from her college job as a computer help desk. She also worked with one of the best computer companies in Petoskey and she thought that the only way to get to her goal was to go against it. However her first year didn’t go so well she would only make $200 a week less that what she expected the only months she made more than that was on the seasonal months. So she decided to quit because she realized she wasn’t making enough.

The way Wendy planned out her strategy was good she had it all planned out. She knew where the money would go and for what it was being used. She also had a good amount of savings that would of last for a couple of months while she built up her business.

2) Why isn’t she able to reach her objective of $70,000?

Wendy isn’t able to reach her goal because of the competition. She’s trying to compete with someone that has been in the industry for 20 years. She might have all the skills required but she just can’t assume she will be as successful as Eric’s company that requires time one can.t just gain success in such a small amount of time.

3) What should Wendy do now?
