* To identify the interested parties and dependencies is the term called stakeholder. Separate responsibilities and contribution for different stakeholders will be there in a project to achieve the results.

* Stakeholder activity should be managed from the beginning of the project. Stakeholder managing cycle helps in identifying stakeholder, analyzing the responsibilities contribution of stakeholder, planning, executing the activities, monitoring the results.

* Stakeholder is classified into - Enabling stake holder, project stakeholder, business stake holder, Analyzing stakeholder by the level of their contribution for the project. Creating the graphical representation of stakeholders in terms of commitment and contribution. Involving stakeholder in action taking and decision making will be effective for the project.

* Communication is one of the most important tool throughout the duration of a project. Training & development should be given to stakeholder will be helpful in understanding the problem, finding the gaps and how to manage the gaps will be helpful in making the project successful.
