I am employed by Babcock International Group as a Vocational Learning Manager for Wales. Within Babcock International Group we fall into the Service Sector under Skills and Learning Division. Babcock is the largest provider of Work Based Training in the UK. Babcock Training provides training/learning and support to all sectors and delivers government funding and commercial training programmes within the workplace across all age groups to support up to 6,000 employers in up-skilling staff to their full potential and to provide employers with the skilled staff they require to fully run their businesses.

Babcock Training will have at least 22,000 learners nationwide enrolled on an Apprenticeship programme to complete a qualification at any one time. To support these learners Babcock Training employs skilled, qualified and dedicated staff so that learners can achieve their goals and ambitions.
