CEO of HSS,

You have brought to my attention that you were thinking about how the senior staff in the organization are recruited and selected. At your request I have proposed a new recruitment and selection methods for the senior level employees.

After much research, I found that there were three recruitment and three selection methods that best fit your organizations. The three recruitment methods were social recruitment, internal recruitment and employment agencies. While the three selection methods were structure interviews, general ability method (GMA) and situational judgement test (SJT). I have attached a document describing each method and the advantages and disadvantages each one has for your review.

Digging deeper into research, and finding out the Pros and Cons of each of the recruitment and selection methods. I propose that the best methods that fit your organization is internal recruitment and situational judgement tests. I believe that the combination of these two methods will help you to find the best senior level employee who possess both the social and interpersonal skills that a senior level employee must possess.
