Abstract

Many of the bigger businesses start out with their products being made in the U.S.A. However, as business grows bigger, materials and labor become too expensive. That, unfortunately, has resulted in many American companies outsourcing labor and materials to other countries like China and India. Labor costs and materials in both countries are cheaper for production, but the products themselves may not be as high in quality as the consumer would want. The good news is some companies have started returning the jobs and materials to the United States. One such company is WeatherTech, a company which specializes in creating custom-fit floor mats for all makes and models of vehicles. Although it originally imported floor mats from England at first, the company evolved into a true American company by making all their merchandise and machines worked by Americans. Vehicle drivers want to protect the interior as best as they can, and WeatherTech is proving its worth. Despite how expensive the floor mats can be, they have proven to be very durable, which brings customers back for additional durable floor mats as they change vehicles.

People who drive cars and trucks are generally not concerned about making a mess on their floors. When some people have to deal with either driving across muddy country or have to deal with messy children getting into the vehicle, though, the last thing they want is to see their floors become filthy with dirt, mud, or spilled food and drinks.
